An estimate does not guarantee results, service availability, or scheduling priority unless confirmed by Green View.
4. Scheduling and Weather Conditions
Lawn care services are subject to weather, property access, soil conditions, seasonal timing, and operational availability. Green View may reschedule services when we determine that conditions are not appropriate for safe or effective service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, equipment issues, traffic, property access restrictions, acts of God, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To allow us to provide services safely and effectively, customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact, billing, and property information.
Ensuring we have safe and reasonable access to the service area.
Unlocking gates or providing access instructions before scheduled service.
Securing pets, children, and personal property before and during service.
Marking or informing us of underground systems, invisible fences, irrigation heads, drainage systems, landscape lighting, shallow cables, or other hidden property features.
Following any watering, mowing, re-entry, or post-treatment instructions provided by Green View.
Green View is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground or hidden items.
6. Lawn Care Results
Lawn care results depend on many factors, including weather, watering, mowing practices, soil condition, shade, drainage, pests, disease, prior lawn damage, property maintenance, and customer compliance with care instructions.
While we work to improve the health and appearance of your lawn, Green View does not guarantee a perfect lawn, complete weed elimination, pest elimination, disease elimination, seed germination, or specific visual results.
7. Chemical Applications and Safety
Some services may involve fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, or other lawn care products. Green View applies products according to applicable label directions, laws, and professional standards.
Customers are responsible for keeping people and pets off treated areas until the appropriate re-entry time has passed or until the application has dried, if instructed.
Customers should notify Green View before service if anyone at the property has chemical sensitivities, allergies, special concerns, or if there are areas that should not be treated.
8. Payments and Billing
Payment terms will be provided at the time of estimate, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice or completion of service.
Green View may suspend or cancel future services for unpaid balances. Customer is responsible for any returned payment fees, collection costs, or reasonable attorney’s fees associated with collecting unpaid amounts, where permitted by law.
9. Cancellations and Service Changes
Customers should notify Green View as soon as possible if they need to cancel, pause, or reschedule service.
If Green View arrives for a scheduled service and cannot access the property due to locked gates, pets, blocked access, or other customer-controlled issues, a service charge may apply.
Green View reserves the right to refuse, pause, or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, nonpayment, abusive conduct, inaccessible properties, or circumstances that prevent us from performing services properly.
10. Property Damage
Green View will use reasonable care when performing services. However, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing lawn, landscape, turf, pest, drainage, or soil conditions.
Damage caused by drought, excessive moisture, disease, insects, animals, improper mowing, improper watering, or poor soil conditions.
Damage to unmarked irrigation systems, invisible fences, cables, lighting, drains, utility lines, or other hidden items.
Damage caused by customer failure to follow service instructions.
Any claim of damage must be reported to Green View within 48 hours of the service date. Failure to provide timely notice may limit our ability to evaluate or address the issue.
11. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, submit false information, misuse forms, scrape content, upload malicious code, or use the website in a way that harms Green View or other users.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
